Cura maps helps customers find products and services and route to vendor locations. Listings, inventory, booking availability, prices, and opening hours are managed by vendors and may change before arrival.
Users must not abuse route, search, booking, account, payment, review, or support systems. Cura maps may limit, suspend, or deactivate access for fraud, unsafe behavior, payment abuse, spam, or policy violations.
Account, route, booking, support, payment-reference, review, and vendor data is used to provide the service, secure the platform, resolve disputes, and improve route discovery. Payment card or bank details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Cura maps.
Registered users can request export or deletion review from the account privacy controls. Some records may be retained when needed for security, disputes, legal obligations, accounting, fraud prevention, or completed booking history.
Live location is used only while a customer plans or navigates a route. Location permission remains controlled by the browser or device. Expired navigation samples should be removed by retention cleanup jobs after they are no longer needed for active routing.
Vendors may offer reservation bookings with payment collected at the location. The vendor controls slot length, availability, booking approval, resources, and cancellation windows.
A booking is not guaranteed until the user receives the required confirmation state. Pending vendor approval or waitlist status may prevent the booking from becoming active.
Refund eligibility depends on the vendor cancellation policy shown during booking. A full or partial refund may apply when the customer cancels before the cutoff, when the vendor rejects the booking, or when the vendor cancels a confirmed service.
Online payments are coming later. Current pay-at-location bookings do not create an online refund through Cura maps.
Refunds should return to the original payment method when supported by the provider. Timing can vary by provider, bank, and settlement state.
Vendors are responsible for accurate listings, inventory, service rules, prices, taxes, business details, pickup instructions, and customer fulfillment. Expired, canceled, suspended, or unapproved vendors must remain hidden from public search results.
When direct vendor payouts are enabled, vendor merchant ownership, payout destination, settlement records, refunds, and disputes must be verified before launch.
